We will not be liable for any lost or damaged parcel if parcel is acknowledged and/or asking to leave in riser/shoe rack etc.

A re-delivery charge of S$3.50 applies on the third attempt onwards.

All overseas parcel are subjected to custom clearance and we do not have control over custom clearance lead time.Do note that there may be custom / GST/ duties charges for purchase over a certain amount. Please check the information on your custom website to avoid paying extra charges. 
Estimated shipping time is 5 – 30 calendar working days depending on destination country and customs clearance.

 

If there is any requirement for topping up, you will be able to receive an email notification on the top up process.

If in any unfortunate cases where any overseas shipment is lost in transit, there will be a compensation of SGD30 in the form of a store voucher regardless of order amount unless you have requested to purchase additional insurance for your parcel.
